Lesley University Master's Degree Program at Walnut Hill

M.Ed in Curriculum and Instruction with Specialization in Integrated Teaching Through the Arts

A Little History

In 1982 Creative Classrooms/Walnut Hill entered into a relationship with then, Lesley College and became one of their first off-campus sites in the country. Since that time, Lesley College has become Lesley University and has expanded it's off-campus programs from coast to coast.

Since that time, the Master's Program has undergone many exciting changes to become the exception program it is.  This program enhances the individual creativity of teachers and serves as advanced training for educators who wish to integrate the arts into the school curriculum. The program is offered in a learning community format, where a group of students moves together through a sequential program of study.  It is offered in a blended model, that includes intensive weekends and community-based work, supplemented by web-based learning.

We will continue to collect applications for Cycle 26, our next cycle that we anticipate will begin spring 2012.  People interested in learning more about the Lesley University Master's Program at Walnut Hill can get more information by calling Fritz or Debbie at Creative Classrooms: (603) 895-2437 or Stephanie Correia, Lesley University: 617 894-4396.
